The administration record

COMPARISON OF NOW vs THEN

TopicPrevious administrationCurrent administration

RAISED TAXES

Previous administrationIn 2019, the assessment was increased by **more than 90%** compared to the previous assessment at that time, which was equivalent to an increase of approximately **$1,000 per year, and they said was only for 3 years for infrastructure repairs: THEY LIED. No repairs were ever made and budget was never balanced.

Current administrationIn 2025, the only increase considered was advertised $204.51 for townhomes and $305.24 for single-family homes. The current Board only approved 6.46% for total amount of $117.42 for Single Family and $78.67 for Townhomes. This was the **only increase we approved because it was necessary to restore a deteriorating infrastructure and balance the budget (SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE DETAILS) We believe in being **transparent with our residents** and providing the facts behind every decision. For **2026, there were absolutely no increases**. Our goal continues to be responsible financial management while keeping our residents informed.
